Got my annual #flu & #covid shot yesterday. I have #hyperalgesia (hypersensitivity to #pain), but I remembered to numb the area with an ice pack beforehand & it helped a lot.
Arm is feeling bruised today, & I’m tired/headachy; so I’m resting up as much as possible.
