Truck stop back & core day, here’s part of my workout. Pull-ups are a little harder on the bulk, I’m still able to do a few. Working on form. Not used to doing low rows on the floor, but I work with what I have available. Chest & shoulders at PF tomorrow. #fitnesssky #gymsky #hypermobilelifter

Went at an earlier time tonight. No supine press at this PF location so I did dumbbell flat bench. Looking forward to heavy shoulder presses for my next upper body day after de-loading due to a wonky shoulder joint, feels 100% stable now. This extreme cold is not very kind to my joints. Still managed to pull some decent weight for Upper Body Day #1 (new upper body split I designed, same exercises, distributed differently). Face pulls feel amazing btw, I highly recommend adding them into your routine. #FitnessSky #hypermobilelifter
