Water was 31°F again today. This is the 5th or 4th day in a row it’s been at this temperature.
The ice was insanely thick today. It took me a moment to break through & when I did, I removed some of the blocks so they wouldn’t be scraping my knees.

Today’s ice bath was BEYOND cold! 31.5°F (-0.28°C) is most definitely the coldest water I have ever experienced.
I very rarely get nervous before getting in these days, unless there’s a storm going on, or it’s below 32°F (0°C). I’ve only ever seen it below 32°F one other time.
