46. DOP e IGP: Addio all’anonimato. Come cambiano le etichette dal 14 Maggio Ti è mai capitato di guardare un prodotto DOP, ammirarne il packaging e il marchio prestigioso, ma restare con il dubbio su chi lo abbia prodotto davvero? Per anni, il produttore reale è rimasto spesso nell'ombra, protetto da un silenzio "subdolo" dietro grandi marchi o loghi territoriali. In questo episodio, esploriamo una novità normativa fondamentale che promette di rendere le etichette finalmente meno “furbe” e molto più trasparenti. Dal 14 maggio 2026, diventerà infatti obbligatorio indicare il nome del produttore (o dell'operatore) direttamente in etichetta per tutti i prodotti DOP e IGP. Analizzeremo: - Le nuove regole tecniche: Perché il nome del produttore dovrà stare nello stesso campo visivo della denominazione e non potrà più essere nascosto in un angolino. - Accountability vs Marketing: Perché questo non è solo un cambio grafico, ma una trasformazione che impatta sulla gestione della filiera e sui sistemi di tracciabilità. - La fine dell'anonimato per le Private Label: Come la GDO dovrà adattarsi, svelando chi produce realmente i prodotti a marchio del distributore. - Trasparenza oltre il confezionamento: La regola varrà anche per i prodotti sfusi, come quelli venduti al banco gastronomia o i formaggi al taglio. - Il cambio di paradigma: Passare dal fidarsi di un semplice marchio al fidarsi di un'azienda specifica, trasformando l'etichetta in uno strumento tecnico di consapevolezza per il consumatore. Vedremo inoltre come il Regolamento 2024/1143 si incastra con le norme generali dell'eticheatura (Reg. 1169/2011) per premiare chi lavora bene e rendere le filiere finalmente leggibili.
