First time doing Iyengar in about a year. Notoriously difficult to please instructor, in 2 yrs of doing it twice a week I earned a ‘good’ exactly twice.
Today I’m a ‘very good’ demonstrator of postures for other people in the class to follow.
Crazy turnaround.

who knows #Iyengar or #Rolfing or #Egoscue, to come up with some kind of diagnosis & routine to do because this ain't worth going through any longer, & I have no idea what to do.
Why isn't #iyengar yoga bigger than it is... I find it so helpful and refreshing when a teacher breaks down a pose so you don't injure yourself and you know the purpose of a position...
A lot of these yoga classes out here aren't classes at all, they are just group sessions with a facilitator...
