Mine was probably #JazzJackrabbit a platformer similar to #Mario or #Sonic.
I loved the wacky, kind of ugly art style.
Everything was flashy and fast and the controls felt fun.
I discovered #eastereggs, and map editing.

I have no way of knowing if that was the intention, but the background on the original JJ2 title screen always looked like it belonged to the laboratory levels to me. Thus... extraction + cleanup + small extension for looping the graphic.
