This value calls me to remain grounded in empathy and to see my work as a form of mutual formation in which I learn just as much as I teach. In a world that feels increasingly divided and heavy, it feels more important than ever to be not only for people, but with them and to show up with compassion, even when I do not fully understand their experiences. Being for and with others draws me toward humility and presence and reminds me that true impact happens not in moments of control but in moments of connection with those around me.
