@beyerstein.bsky.social @maej43.bsky.social @anniegirl.bsky.social I tried #JKenjiLopezAlt method of marinating chicken 🐔 in mayonnaise &, to a point, it does work. The chicken is juicier & more moist than other marinades. Problem is, if you want crisp skin, you really need to broil it on high.🤔 1
