Belated report on Mooloolaba Triathlon, 14 March. 9th comleted Moo Tri. Since my first in 2011, times have been between 3:06 and 3:36, and this year no exception with 3:26, 14/18 in my age group. Way off course on swim leg, watch reporting 1.8km instead of 1.5km. No other excuses #johnqpersonal

Getting ready for Moo Tri (1.5 km swim, 40 km cycle, 10km run) in three weeks. Comfortable swim on Friday same course as event. 45km cycle today was fast, but 28C too hot for run off the bike (4.5km) to go well. Hoping for cooler weather in March #johnqpersonal
