The final is a female Krampus wearing a basket on her back. Occasionally, the head of a child appears from the box she is wearing.

Last night's #Krampusfest was quiet but fun. Festive music, dancing, food, conversation. The place set for #Krampus received due attention. Community plans were discussed. Bed was early because today is a workday.

Now to plan for #CookieDay.

Despite living in a state with a minimal #pagan/German presence, I will still enjoy a small #Krampusfest and #bonfire tonight & leave out the #schnapps and #cheese. I have a lovely #bergkaese & #knaeckebrot.
