Saw #TheRiseOfTheKrays - a film I love about the notorious organized criminals/gangsters that is almost non-stop violence/savagery. But I sure as fuck can’t complain! Granted, the movie paints the real-life #KrayTwins as more violently off-the-wall than they actually were. But I’m cool with that. Ⓐ

Anthony Thomas Lambrianou (15 April 1942, #BethnalGreen, London – 26 March 2004, Kent) was an English criminal known for his association with the #KrayTwins. He was born to a Greek Cypriot father and English mother from #Consett.

Front covers of three tall thin light brown notebooks. Those on the left and right are labelled with "DET. SUPT READ" (his rank at the time, Detective Superintendent) and date ranges in 1968, whilst the middle one is simply labelled 'McVITIE" (Read's team was able to convict Reggie Kray of Jack McVitie's murder).

In the film about the #KrayTwins titled #Legend, there’s umpteen million important characters - so I found it impossible to keep track of who was who. It’s a case of a film trying to cram in too many details into too little time - this movie would’ve been better off expanded into a miniseries. Ⓐ

Saw #Legend, another movie about the real-life #KrayTwins. And man, what a boring movie. My biggest problem with the film, is that it completely skips over their formative years (what made them into gangsters is way more interesting than when they were rulers of the #London underworld). *Yawn* Ⓐ
