knocked from Viburnum in my #Northumberland garden, somewhat earlier than previous years. Quite an abundance of 7-spot ladybirds the last few days, too - around 30 seen yesterday at a nearby Nature Reserve

8. Eyed Ladybird

First time at this location for me. Also this odd-looking specimen. I guess it’s an aberrant Orange Ladybird, but never seen any as peculiar as this.

Back to being rather chilly, after a mild couple of days! Today's lunchtime mooch produced another new species for my #LadybirdYearList, Scymnus suturalis (Conifer Ladybird) #VC40Ladybirds #MicroLadybird

Quick lunchtime mooch before the rain arrives, produced a single Anisosticta 19-punctata (Water Ladybird) from a Bulrush sheaf (replaced carefully afterwards!), new for my #LadybirdYearList. #VC40Ladybirds
