dreamlike on a fading road.

Alone, I crossed the Field of Emptiness,
dropping my reason and my senses,
I stumbled on my own secret there.

If you are wise, know yourself.
That is the recognition of the true Friend.
My guru gave me just one rule:
'Forget the outside, get to the inside.'

Enter your own body with breath controlled
in communion with the Lord.
