I rose from my bed to a 43 Degree “Cold as Shit” Sunny Day in San Francisco. I was not looking forward to jumping into the Crunch Fitness - Yerba Buena Outdoor lap pool. Yet, I knew it’s days like today that separate the men from the boys ... After my morning shower, “the little man in my head" began to convience me to fall short of my intentions; I enact my emergency protocols. Emergency protocols = CALL A LYFT! And voila!
