No. I was #ALC. My denomination was moving closer to Missouri for some time, but that was hard slogging. The LCA was much simpler to do because they actually had church unity as a goal, as an expression of #Lutheran unity in Christ. And they more easily addressed changes in society. #LCMS couldn’t.
