@gamemaker.io I noticed the announcement where you saved #LDJam57 was the day before the event ( ludumdare.com/news/ludum-d... ) ... can you comment on the likelihood of your company sponsoring #LDJam58 in October?
Post-mortem of my #LDJam57 entry, "Lovely, Dark and Deep"

these two question marks fixed the issue I was going crazy after during #ldjam57 where I would get an exception in a random stride system when closing the window using the x button. I'm not sure if I should feel happiness or if I should go and break a random physical object

#ludumdare57 results are out and our diver management game did a lot better than expected. I expected somewhere in the 200-300th place range for most categories (minus graphics), but it turned out a lot better 🥳

Godot editor showing a scene with a line chart
Just created a line chart to display flavours changing over time.
I swear our #godot game for #LudumDare is not just charts - supposedly there is also going to be a cat in it 🐈⬛

Title screen of the game reading COLOR DEPTH in big letters with a purpe/fuchsia gradient on top of a dark blue/black one. The fine print reads "A software toy by Pixel Prophecy for Ludum Dare 57, (c) 2025"
[LLM generated, mostly] That's a screenshot of COLOR DEPTH. Here's a breakdown of what's visible: Main Area: The large central area displays a pixel art piece of a sunset with palm trees. The image uses a limited color palette (shown below), creating a low-color depth effect. The user is currently interacting with the image; a section is highlighted, suggesting a painting or editing process is underway. Controls and Information: Top Right: "Brush #5" shows the currently selected brush tool. Right Side: This section displays a list of controls and their corresponding keyboard shortcuts: Mouse buttons for raising/lowering tiles Mouse wheel for changing brushes. Page Up/Down keys to change the color palette. 'O' key to open an image. 'S' key to save the image. Bottom Left: "X: 12 Y: 15 Z: 2" displays the coordinates of the currently selected tile or area. The "Z" value represents the tile's depth. Bottom Right: "Palette #4" and the color swatches show the currently active color palette. In short, the image captures a moment during the creation or editing of a low-resolution pixel art image within a specialized software.
I made a cozy drawing/art tool for the Ludum Dare game jam this weekend. In "Color Depth" you click tiles to lower or raise them which changes their color. It's also possible to import images and save your creations.

Okay, I'm done preparing my project for #ldjam57. This time I'm gonna use a built in cheat console to avoid having to connect externally every 5 seconds (and also because I messed up my communication layer a bit oops)
