The same leather wristband held upside down so the carved letters look like a different word. I think it's called an ambigram.
One of the little leather-tooling projects I started but put down for a while. Hold it one way it says Alpha. Turn it over it says Male. It's a wrist band, haven't decided how I'm going to finish it.
