The Les Braves Memorial Sculpture at Omaha Beach, Saint-Laurent-Sur-Mer, France. The sculpture is 50-feet wide and 25-feet tall and made of flowing "flames" of metal. Its three sections are called Wings of Hope, Rise Freedom, and The Wings of Fraternity. It honors the American soldiers who died during the D-Day invasion on June 6, 1944.
