A massive, weathered, off-white and green(?) building looms across a road. The building has vertical and horizontal rust-colored lines surrounding the many weathered off-white panels which cover much of it; other parts of the walls are taken up by some sort of vertical louver-like formations. The top of the building features metal braces forming protruding right angles; those braces are painted grey, except where paint is missing and has been replaced by rust. At the building's left side, a complicated protruding construct of metal casts an artistic design in angled lines of shadow on a vertical surface beneath. In the foreground, a road and its lines stretch from lower left to mid-right. Filling the lower-right corner is a pedestrian area which is carved into rectangles by shadows – some parallel to the roadway, others at right angles to it.
