I was thinking about #CBS caving in to Trump while listening to an interview with #EdAsner, & I realized that CBS has a bit of history of turning coward in the face of #politicalpressure. They did it with the #SmothersBrothers in 1969, as well as Asner's #LouGrant in 1982.
