So why did it fall from favour, a taste so complex and creamy, A taste that tantalises the tongue, makes tartiflette so dreamy? The answers’s very simple and you don’t need a cheese diploma, Reblochon tastes fantastic but it has an awful aroma. So down to the nitty gritty and the realities of married life, There are two partners in this marriage, me and my lovely wife, When we open up the fridge we don’t expect an awful stink, We worried that my love of Reblochon was driving us towards a brink. We tried plastic containers, we tried various different types of wrap, But whenever we opened the fridge door, there was always a smell like crap. The only tinned mackerel we had which didn't have tomato or citrus in it was the one with curry sauce, so that's what wifey had. I had the one with tomato sauce. I tipped it out of the tin, mashed it up then mixed in some cashew nuts. Easy!
