🇮🇹➡️🇺🇸⬇️ Il maglione con i gomiti rammendati in bella vista. Uno è venuto meglio dell’altro e si vede ma va bene lo stesso per me. The sweater with the elbows mended in plain sight. One came out better than the other and it shows but it's fine for me anyway.

🇮🇹➡️🇺🇸⬇️ Il collo aggiustato a punto strega. Una volta indossato ho visto che fa uno scalino. Appena posso lo sistemo ma intanto lo metto lo stesso. The neck adjusted to “witch stitch.” Once worn I saw that it makes a step. As soon as I can I'll fix it but in the meantime I'll put it on anyway.

🇮🇹Il rammendo di una manica di maglione. In basso ho usato il punto maglia; in alto il rammendo a tela. L’ago è infilato nella maglia e si vede l’uovo da rammendo. 🇺🇸 The mending of a sweater sleeve. At the bottom I used the swiss stitch; at the top the canvas mend. The needle is inserted into the sweater and you can see the mending egg.

🇮🇹La manica del maglione completamente rammendata. Al dritto si vedono le varie tecniche applicate anche se il lavoro è nero su nero. 🇺🇸 The sleeve of the sweater completely mended. On the front side you can see the various techniques applied even if the work is black on black.

🇮🇹L’orlo della manica come si vede all’interno: il rammendo con il punto maglia, quello a tela e il rovescio degli altri rammendi. 🇺🇸 The hem of the sleeve as seen on the inside: the mend with the knit stitch, the canvas stitch and the back of the other mends.

🇮🇹Oggi pomeriggio ho finito di #rammendare la manica sinistra di questo maglione, rovinata dallo sfregamento con l’orologio. Restano solo altri 3 buchi sulla spalla destra (lo zaino) e qualche imperfezione minore sull’orlo inferiore. #visiblemending
