It’s Friday…which means your weekend plans should include a river. 💙🌊
Fresh air, flowing water, and maybe a duck giving you side-eye. 🦆
Go visit your favorite river this weekend, and don’t forget to #getoutdoors

Today ARK River School was at Fir Tree Primary, Newbury.

🍂🌊Find your local stream, take a deep breath, and listen...🔊
There’s something grounding about sitting beside a river or stream in autumn, the crisp air and quiet trickle of flowing water. Spending time near water can help you reconnect with nature and boost your wellbeing.

River School with 2nd Marlborough Cubs exploring areas with good flow, clean riverbed and aquatic plants to collect invertebrates, to indentify. As the light went Cubs used our bat detectors, to listen and watch Daubenton's bats hunting above the Kennet.

Volunteers have been helping to clear the Foss in town and along its banks.
Tim had a haul last month and on Saturday there was a good morning’s litter picking with 10 volunteers. We nearly ran out of room on the boat due to the number of trolleys and bike.

We want to show our love for the #undammed #klamathriver. After 20 long years she is running free. The love, and hard work of the Tribes and river community, made it happen. Photos by Swiftwater Films
