Got busy in the kitchen this afternoon and made this spring greens, potato & chickpea curry.

Totally made it up as I went along but it looks tasty 😋

As part of my no-spend January, I am batch cooking. I made 2 lots of soup for the freezer: Stilton & broccoli (leftover Stilton & broccoli reduced to 20p) + spicy parsnip. I bought extra of Lidl’s 8p veg with this in mind)
