A shot along the bike path running through Marquette's Lower Harbor Park. A park that, by the way, was built upon an old coal yard right on the shore of Lake Superior. If the Marquette residents of 60 years ago could see what we've done with their dirty, grungy, disgusting piece of land, I'd like to think they'd be proud.

Parks are wonderful. Parks smack dab in the middle of a city are even better.

I read that purple & yellow are still considered traditional colors for this upcoming weekend. Well, consider us traditional...at least for a day.
