The occasional change of scenery is a little treat and motivator to myself. Writing at a local coffeehouse, or the park (on warmer days), are nice motivators. Even, when possible, visiting locations that are in my novels is a real treat.

Yesterday, I paid the town a visit. Even on an overcast day, it’s picturesque, & more than perfect for the chapter in which the town is featured. The park on the shore of Lake Erie with a small beach, pier boardwalk, & replica lighthouse is lovely.
