There's a marking on his neck in a shape of a 9 (as a nod to the model number on Niners' neck in the main universe), a cleft on his chin and of course his beauty marks are present too! Niners is looking attentively, eyebrows raised slightly which makes the wrinkles on his forehead more visible. He's gazing off to the side.
