I made a video on how to make a safe practice mangual with pickleballs, so you don't do a silly thing and injure yourself or others.

After class, I practiced jumping with the mangual and continuing to move and be steady. Jumping once is easy; I wanted to practice several jumps in one flourish.

These movements are in line with Viedma's and Figueyredo's montante rules, applied with a mangual.
