Neville, the not-so-small-as-he-thinks labradoodle sleeps contentedly in a tight space under a desk. He’s jammed in between the wall, a garbage can, and the office chair — all the while ensuring he can track every movement of the chair’s occupant by lying on the occupant’s right foot.

Neville’s really getting into this ‘working from home’ thing…

Neville, the charcoal grey labradoodle, seated up. His left paw is on the knee of yours truly (the only part of me visible) while his right paw is on the arm rest of the chair. He is looking up, wondering why the hand that was, until just now, petting him is doing so no more. Behind him are book cases filled with science fiction.

The great thing about working at home is that I don’t need any form of timer to remind me to take breaks. Neville does the job so much better. Not pomodoro — dogadoro ftw!
