yesterday for my final visit to #MDRF this season, i wore a ~modern~ (for the era) filipino baro’t saya but with gold jewelry associated with precolonial ensembles and a thai silk tapis, and the alampay is a hirbawi keffiyeh. got a historical fashion zine from some folks dressed in beautiful hanfu 🥺

Only 4 days left to go to find me as a Hair Traffic Controller at Rapunzels. I plan to retire from hostessing to move on to another gig, a new skill - something with less people-ing. I'm sure I'll still be around MDRF somewhere in 2026 ...

Week 6, Day 2 update for #MDRF. I no longer know if we're sold out or not due to the way they release returned tickets. Today is saying sold out but so did yesterday, yet they did release tickets yesterday. Crowds were thick but nothing seemed an outrageous wait. Today will be the same.
So begins weekend 7 of #MDRF.
That's about all I have to say about that.
