It's amazing so little makes a difference.

I did drop clonidine down to 100 mcg about 10 days ago for a boost, which worked.

I used to do my PRN meds and changes in Twitter. Then I was using Bearable.

I like social media because it gives context.

While I took care of a lot of financial biz for myself, my sister and my mother while I was awake, I spent most of the day sleeping. I don't like it. I may need to change some of my meds so I'm not so damn tired all the time.
