While the blackberry melomel needs to be fined, it still has a most pleasing palette. It's dry, has an excellent fruity bouquet, and has a most pleasing finish. I think this means more melomel batches will happen over the winter. #mead #melomel #Noididnothavetoomuchmeadthereisnosuchthing

In more meady, well, melomel news. My son & I just bottled 4 litres of blackberry #melomel #mead. Delicious. And we racked 4 litres of raw alfalfa honey mead to age.
