The ethics of metanarrative? Metanarrative Before starting to write this I wanted to make sure I was using the correct term and it appears I might not be, at least as far as Wikipedia and a few other articles found on the old Google box show. In short, metanarrative is a societal story we tell ourselves that applies a narrative to the great work of the societal scope we’re focused on, be that a family, town, nation or all of humanity.

I find myself a bit conflicted as I weave my tale.
