As planned, got lap #swimming in the pool done early. Then did the bakery and #coffee run,follwed by 日本語 practice. Domestic chore to attend to (mopping hard floors) - then it's off to sample Monique Fiso's food at Farmer's Daughters. #MFWF

Going to be taking it easy on the #running front this week, to be rested ahead of the #Run4Kids. Doesn't quite balance with attending a couple of #MFWF events too; but that's just carb loading, right.
