🌬 Deep Breaths – Just sit, breathe in and out, and focus on the air moving. Try 10 deep breaths. Then, ask how they feel.

Instead of being bossed around by frustrating ideas, he can simply notice them, acknowledge them, and let them float away—like leaves drifting on the pond.
