Sometimes when #writing I exploit my extremely fatigued & drained brain, forcing it to write far beyond the point of bad returns in order to be brutally honest & open with how brain fog & feeling physically nauseated makes me want to lie down & close my eyes for a week.

Looking for a perfect productivity system is procrastination. What you need is the minimum viable productivity system that gets you focused & started. I'm literally handwriting this to avoid distraction & actually post something for myself. The more steps you add, the more friction there is to get started.
