A wooden art table is featured it's too covered in various layers of paint splashes and marks. There are tools and containers around the edges. In the center is an art piece featuring a photo of a performer with words projected behind her saying "we are only promised life and death, love somewhere between" around her figure and the words is an explosion of pressed flowers and leaves.
All last summer I collected and pressed flowers to make art pieces this winter. I just knew I was going to need all the flowers I could manage. I thought I'd be making 🌶️ pieces with photos of friends- memorial art was not what I expected. Seems like a joke she would appreciate.

I can't believe that she is gone. This is really hard post to write. Yesterday youngest of the seven rescue cats Lilli died suddenly home. And she was such wonderful one in a million cat. That she deserves to be remembered always.
