It’s #moelleuxmonday. I’m cooking dinner, in the Loire. The power has gone off. The gas bottle has just run dry. And it’s pouring down outside. But I have wine - a 1995 Les Girardières from Aubuisières.

It’s #moelleuxmardi (yes I know that’s cheating and I should stick to #moelleuxmonday). Another from François Pinon tonight, a young wine from 2009, but delicious.
