As a #PwMS, my fatigue was “due to” #MS. And worsening #balance and #cognitivefatigue.
It was extreme. It also responded to #antivirals #valacyclovir. They didn’t help #motorfatigue - that responded to #neuroplastictraining.

Was it #MS? #EBV? Lots with MS do not have extreme fatigue. 🧵

My sleep neurologist described it as brown outs when I spent most of 2013 sleeping 0-4 hours a night.

I couldn’t see a teaspoon on the kitchen counter one day - until I left and came back. Scary.

Sleep deprivation is massively detrimental to #MS, especially #fatigue, #motorfatigue and #cognition.
