use #tattoopack in a post of your work to be added to the tattoo artist starter pack
use #protattooartist to show up in the tattoo artist feed (after you're added you can just tag images w "tattoo")
use #mytattoo or #newtattoo to show up in the tattsky feed and the unmoderated feed
for the #tattoopack because this will catch any posts - like/follow the feed and then use the tag to automagically be in it.
this shows posts, not users in a list like the starter pack does. it's meant for #tattooartists to post photos.
