This little Venus SW-3B a #cw #qrp radio arrived today from #NAQCC swap, but the radio doesn't have a flexible memory cw keyer. So I hacked it using ultra picokeyer from #hamgadgets 😊and whoala..it's working flawlessly. Now, it is ready for my next #POTA activation #hamradio

Its funny that I was reading up on that last night on the #NAQCC website last night about that award. Last year I had a several 1000+ miles CW contacts with less than 200mW using my QCX mini.

Reverse Beacon Network with spots for my special event callsign N3A/5
Had a good first volunteer session on N3A/5 CW key today for the NAQCC 20th anniversary celebration!
Never was comfortable sending 3 or /, but now feeling good since the RBN was able to understand me... all at 5W!
I'll be one of two operators for the upcoming 20th anniversary NAQCC celebration.
