Running downtown once a week or so has been a good move. Itβs peaceful and even when half-frozen the canal is a pretty water feature. Followed up with berried-up overnight oats. π

Temp this morning was 24Β°F (-4.4Β°C) thankfully not too windy. Layered up and had one of the best feeling runs Iβve had recently. Shaking off a cold and a groin thing from earlier this week so Iβm very happy to be moving like this. π #runsky #negativesplits
