I finished up book 4 of #NossSaga this evening. Truly enjoying this story and as I turned that last page, I was already wanting book 5 in my hands!
If you haven't started reading (or listening to) it yet, you really should!

Listening to the #NossSaga audiobooks reminds me of how Alaia manages to stand tall in a sea of fabulous creations. She's just such a fun character, and she's awesome as the best friend Lago-Sterjall needs on his own personal journey. :)

Banook and Sterjall bathing in hot springs under the pink moonlight. Pinnacles of rock half in light, half in shadow, sticking up behind me as I pull my dagger out of the scabbard and my cape flows all neat and shit.
Stretching my arms to touch two hoodoos in a valley filled with them. No sky is showing, the landscape is fully sandstone red. The hoodoos all have round smooth heads and I guess they are phallic but only if you think of flaccid hoodoos or maybe it was just very cold out.
I had my new dagger as a prop this time. It really helps so I don’t strike the same old poses every time. And my custom-decorated new cloak too, which is much lighter than the one I used to wear and flows better in the wind.

We also encountered some recent burn areas, which made for cool moody pics. And we stopped to watch the most epic lenticular sunset in the Rockies.
