At least on what we know (which Isn't a lot at this time) beyond being turned in they were NOT on the trail at all. That's a real hard choice. Kid is 22, I'm not against the death penalty, it has its place in specific cases, but I'm uncomfortable with calling for a 22 year old to be put to death. Edit. granted, with how long it takes, dude will probably mid 30s when the execution occurs.
