Yesterday was my last day of the season at #NozawaOnsen. Unfortunately, the wet windy and foggy weather was a bummer today, but overall it was a fantastic season at this wonderful big and friendly resort.

Got revenge for the bad weather two days ago at Nozawa. Great pistes plus the #IshiiSports ski show was on so got to see a bunch of next year’s models.

Rainy day, poor visibility, large FIS competition so racers destroyed the pistes before we were allowed to start. ‘Nuff said.

Just wow! Got first tracks on 3 courses at #Yamabiko, #SkyLine, and #Karasawa, yesterday. The early bird really does get the benefits. Topped 100km/h on Skyline 3 times, too. Amazingly fun spring day.

Crazy amount of snow fell yesterday, especially for March. My buddy and I had a great time repeatedly skiing #SkyLine and #Karasawa courses, including getting in #firsttracks. The #powder was light and delightful.

Busy this week so just catching up with my posts now… After the great #powder I decided to get fat skis. I found these #Zuma #Viaboom skis with 114mm centers and really enjoyed the amazing loft in the side country.
