A new creature for my project, Pareisol!
These small pterosaurs live in coastal environments and feed on fish. They're very recognizable by their huge head sails, which often have very vibrant (and sometimes eerie) patterns.

Crested #pterosaur, #Nyctosaurus, without, and with, unlikely skin sail. Colour scheme borrowed from Graphium doson (I think – it was a few years back). Did this for a book that I never got beyond planning.
