All humanoids behave like undead. Yet their bodies function, heart is beating, they are breathing. It seems more like they lost the will to live and are running on nothing but instinct. Leaving the Cave i encountered the first person that is sane, at least in relation to the walking husks. He calls himself Varre.

Stolas met Varre, had a tense run-in with the Tree Sentinel, and noted fascinating bugs & moss in Limgrave.
