Here’s the kicker. I’m well overdue for #Kesimpta again. I have no explanation for the #vasospastic angina but there are case studies of #ofatumamab and #Kesimpta causing this. Case studies aren’t exactly science though. The only way I’ll know is by doing my shot ... 🤦‍♀️. Crickets from #neurolgoist, 🧵

For me, neuro sequalae #PASC #neuro #PCC lasted ten months after my fall 2022 #sarscov2 infection.

Fatigue improved with #valacyclovir 4 months post.

All PASC symptoms cleared up *completely* by first monthly #Kesimpta for #MS injection. Coincidence? AKA #ofatumamab, a #mAB. #neurology #longcovid
