Kitty Packe is seated in a neoclassical setting with a lavish indoor setting and lush landscape through an open air patio. She holds an open book in her hand wile wearing an elegant cream colored gown with gold accents and layers of sheer lace. She was the only daughter of Thomas Hart and married Charles William Packe, member of Parliament, three years later in 1823.
