Okinawan question. I've seen both っんーめー（ぅんーめー） and っんめー（ぅんめー） recorded for "grandmother" in different reference works. Is this just a regional difference? Or is the initial syllable actually long? #okinawanlanguage #uchinaaguchi #okinawan
